Hello all! This past weekend I was at The Durham Artwalk showcasing some of my newest designs from Creativ*Bee and got to meet a bunch of fabulous people! There was live entertainment and we even had a marching band come in and jazz up the show with some holiday music. It was pretty fabulous to say the least! In between sales I had some time with my new paper and pens to come up with some new illustrations that I’ll be adding to my shop. I hope you like them as much as I do. I have a couple on my desk and am pretty happy with the frame too! Let me know what you think because I would love to hear your thoughts. :)

Happy Thursday all! I got to spend some much needed time in the studio last night creating some new necklaces. You know it’s not work when the hours just fly by then you realize it’s way past your bedtime! I’ve got a couple shows coming up and these beauties will be available either at Revolver’s 5th Anniversary party next Friday or The Durham Artwalk next weekend. Busy times ahead for Creativ*Bee but I’m pretty excited! My newest collection is inspired by all things involving nature, romance and sweet feminine colors. The mums outside my house are just one of my sources for inspiration!

I’m so in love with this necklace I made and it’s a one of a kind creation too in case you are shopping for that hard to find friend. There are some other goodies I didn’t have time to photograph and list in my store but I hope to add those this weekend! Wishing you a happy and creative day!

Happy Halloween all you goblins and ghouls! My kitchen is full of little candies for all the kiddies tonight and man – do I need to unload them before my husband and I eat them all. The fact that there is 80% dark chocolate in the goodie basket means it’s even more dangerous! :) Whatever you dress up as tonight, I wish you all a very festive evening with your friends or children!

I also wanted to announce a new collection of necklaces that I will be debuting this weekend in Durham at the Troika Music Festival (I’m a vendor at their Craft Show along with some other talented Triangle designers). Soooo, I just listed one of these super cute necklaces in my shop – it’s inspired by all things lovely, fall, with a dash of butterflies and birdies. Hope you love this as much as I do – I can’t stop wearing mine!

I haven’t had a chance to photograph the rest of this new collection yet but stay tuned! They’ll be up later this week! AND each one is a little work of art – individually handmade by me so grab yours while you can!

Happy Wednesday all! I’m super excited about this week because I was accepted into the LoPop Shop that will be taking place inside of Raleigh’s Artspace this First Friday! If you are asking “What is LoPop Shop?” then that’s easy! LoPop Shop primarily highlights regional artists from North Carolina and is an opportunity to buy original works, shirts, posters, and more! I attended this annual show last year and they had some really fantastic artists and designers and I’m VERY EXCITED to be a part of this event!
