Liron is a thirty-one year old fashion designer living in Israel and her shop Lirola has so many pretty things to add your closet! Check out her super romantic ruffled tops, accessories and elegant dresses. I’m having a hard time picking just one as my favorite but the dresses with 3/4 sleeves are stealing my heart!

Joe Bagley is an artist currently residing in Boston, Massachusetts and his paper designs seem to have a life of their own. He creates each work of art using only an X-Acto knife and a single piece of black paper. He then mounts each design to acid-free white mat board.

I love all of his designs and the animal series he has created is especially beautiful featuring delicate butterflies. For someone looking for a bigger design, Bagley has larger 18″x24″ framed works of paper incorporating castles, rivers scenes and nature.

I’m blown away by the beauty he has created using just a single sheet of paper and his silhouette series would make perfect gifts for couples since paper is the traditional gift to give on the first anniversary! To see more visit his Etsy shop and his Facebook fan page.

Happy Friday all! I received an email today from one of the Senior Editors of HOW Magazine that Ever So Lovely has been listed as one of the Top 10 Websites for Designers for April 2011. If you don’t know HOW – they are HUGE in the design industry and are responsible for the HOW Conference which is a yearly conference for all creative types – Art Directors, Illustrators, Web Designers and many others in our field. That and they put out an amazing magazine to say the least! I could not have had happier news for my Friday and I’m so so honored! This just adds more fuel to the fire that I HAVE to go to a HOW Conference soon! Thanks HOW – You made my year!

Check out the newest addition to the Ever So Lovely studio! I’ve been wanting one of these vintage Royal typewriters FOREVER and finally lucked up and found one in pink. Let’s just say it’s taken me over a year to finally locate one that still works, is in great condition, came with the original case and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Most of these are pretty hard to come by  since they are from the 1950s which is why I’m so excited to call one my own.

Some people might not understand why I love this so much, but if you are a Graphic Designer like me, or appreciate vintage finds and typography, then you’ll probably get it. That and it’s in PINK! Swoon!
