Happy Sunday Lovelies! Today is very special day here at Ever So Lovely as my husband and I are celebrating our very 1st wedding anniversary together. It seems like it was just yesterday we both were standing on the sandy beaches of the Outer Banks saying our vows and here we are one year later. I’m so lucky to have found my very best friend and I can’t wait to spend many more years together! Happy Anniversary to my sweet Mister!

Happy Wedding Wednesday all! Today is a very special day for yours truly here at Ever So Lovely! My husband and I celebrated 333 days of being newlyweds and we still can’t believe our first anniversary is just around the corner. One thing I learned as a bride-to-be last year was to enjoy all of the days you have planning your wedding.

Yes it can be stressful and yes it can be overwhelming but in the long run, all that matters is you and your beloved. If I could do it all over again I would get married every year and no, I’m not crazy! Maybe not a big ceremony or a lot of people in attendance, but a small special day for my husband and I and that perfect dress (ok maybe jeans and a t-shirt will probably end up an option!) to celebrate us would be divine!

Wishing all you newlyweds, couples that are almost married and the ones that have several years and decades of happiness under their belt…here’s to many more lovely years! Happy Friday all! I know I’ve mentioned this in a previous post that I’ll be launching my new line of Ever So Lovely paper goods on January 30th and I suddenly realized I never shared with you my wedding invitation design. I love this piece so so much and am so happy that I chose to create an invitation that was special and geared towards what the mister and I are all about. I’m going to include this in with the designs that will be available at the end of the month so if you are a bride and looking for a custom invite, save the date or baby announcement that is a work of art…I’d love to work with you! Ok so it’s been forever since I had a chance to post anything about our October Outer Banks wedding and I thought I would share a little bit of our special day with you all! Jon and I were so blessed to have the sun come out after so much rain. And when I say rain, it RAINED all week…not just the fall thunderstorm kinda rain, the cold, windy, “I don’t want to get married on a beach” type of rain.

Thankfully our prayers were answered and the sun came out on Saturday and made our entire day so happy and bright! I could not have asked for a better day to marry my best friend and it was everything I ever wanted in a wedding. Here are a few highlights from our oh so special day.
